KHM Control renamed Portsmouth VTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Kings Harbour Master that KHM Harbour Control will be renamed Portsmouth Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) effective 1 May 2025, and will use Portsmouth VTS as their call sign on VHF Channel 11.
